CHRISTMAS RETURN POLICY

Special Christmas return policy until 10.01.2025

As a special service at Christmas time, we offer you our Christmas return policy. So that you can choose gifts for your loved ones in peace and, above all, in good time, you automatically benefit from our Christmas return policy if you order one or more items from our online store in the period from 11.10.2024 up to and including 24.12.2024. If, contrary to expectations, an item does not inspire you, you have the option of returning all items ordered during the above period up to and including 10.01.2025, provided that the following return conditions are met. We will then refund the full purchase price. Please note that the statutory right of withdrawal to which you are entitled as a consumer in the case of distance selling contracts is not restricted by our Christmas returns policy.

These conditions apply to our Christmas return policy

1. we grant you as a consumer a contractual right of return if you order one or more items in our online store between 11.10.2024 and 24.12.2024. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity. The time at which you place your order in our online store by submitting the order is decisive for compliance with this period.
2. on the basis of this right of return, you are entitled to return one or more items ordered within this period to us against reimbursement of the purchase price, provided that you make use of the right of return granted to you by 10.01.2025 at the latest by making a declaration to us.
3. excluded from this right of return are items for which you are not entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with §§ 312g, 355 BGB.

4. the right of return expires in the event that an item is used, i.e. it is taken into use as if by an owner, or in the case of items that are damaged or otherwise deteriorated in their condition after delivery to you.
5. you can make use of the right of return granted to you by either declaring by e-mail to kundenservice@brogle.de by 10.01.2025 at the latest that you wish to make use of your right of return for one or more items or by returning the item(s) to be returned to us with a corresponding enclosed declaration by 10.01.2025 at the latest. In the latter case, the time at which the items are handed over to the carrier is decisive for meeting the deadline.
6. you must return the items to be returned within the scope of the right of return in unused condition together with the accessories supplied in the original packaging. In addition, the security label must be attached to the item.
7. please send the item(s) to be returned exclusively to the following address: Werner Brogle GmbH, Am Kronenhof 25, 73728 Esslingen am Neckar.

8. we recommend that you only return the item(s) to us by insured shipping and in secure outer packaging. If you return the item(s) to us carriage forward, we must deduct the costs incurred by us as a result of the carriage forward return shipment from the refund amount.
9. if you make use of your right of return in due time and all the above-mentioned return conditions are met, we will refund you the full purchase price that you actually paid for the item (less any discounts) within 30 days of receipt of the returned item.
10. the right of return granted does not restrict or modify your statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with §§ 312g, 355 BGB. As long as you are entitled to both the statutory right of withdrawal and the contractual right of return, you have the choice of whether to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal or the contractual right of return.
11. furthermore, your statutory rights in respect of defects are not affected by the contractual right of return.
