The 60th anniversary festival of the Birkhof stud farm took place last weekend in a unique setting, where Brogle was the proud main sponsor and host for selected customers. Located in a gently sloping valley, surrounded by green countryside, the renowned stud farm is known for numerous internationally successful horses from its own breeding program. From Thursday to Sunday, exciting competitions and award-winning riders and horses impressed the audience, as the Casper family behind the Birkhof succeeded in bundling the most important competitions and series into one show.

During a tour of the stables, our invited customers were first able to get an impression of how much passion the family puts into running this exceptional stud farm. Thomas Müller and his wife Lisa have their first horse from this stud and even horses belonging to Olympic champions such as Isabell Werth and Jessica von Bredow-Werndl come from this talent factory. The riding arena was also truly top-class with youngster Moritz Treffinger, European champion and two-time German champion, and Nadine Capellmann, Olympic, World and European champion.

Saturday stood out as a special highlight, when the Brogle Diamond Trophy was awarded - a competition won by national champion Jasmin Schaudt. The gala show that followed offered a magical spectacle that spectators will not soon forget: The mounted police, western riders, horses jumping through a ring of fire and many more impressively demonstrated what riders and horses can achieve together with a lot of hard work.

In the Louisdor Prize on Sunday, which selects young Grand Prix horses, we awarded an elegant wrist watch from Swiss brand Longines to the groom of the winning horse - a gesture for the hard work and effort required to achieve success. Organizer Thomas Casper also made a great gesture on the last day of the show: the riders at the festival had collected money for his cause "Horses for our children", an initiative that aims to bring children into contact with horses.

Selected customers were able to enjoy all of this as guests in our VIP tent and feel at home with a delicious dinner and tasty drinks in a relaxed atmosphere. Exclusive pieces of jewelry on display in the tent, some of which found lucky owners, and carefully curated gift bags completed the extraordinary experience.
